Hotel investment reaches 1.52 Bn euros in the first half of 2022
Madrid and Barcelona, as urban destinations, and the Balearic Islands, Costa del Sol and the Canary Islands, as vacation destinations, accounted for 86% of the total volume registered in the first half of the year.
Moreover, the urban segment outperformed the vacation segment, registering 57.4% of hotel investment compared to 42.6% accumulated in the vacation segment.
